Products and pricing: Colours may vary between screens. Prices in $ and subject to change. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. We may limit quantities or refuse an order.

Intended use: Zavelo devices are cosmetic devices for the appearance of the under-eye area. Not medical devices. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Read the Product page descriptions before use and follow the instructions.

IP: all site content is owned or licensed by us. Don't reproduce it commercially without permission.

Your content: if you submit reviews or photos, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use them in our business, including marketing, and confirm they're yours to share.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability won't exceed what you paid for the product. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
